San Juan Islands Map // Archival Print
The San Juans are a tight cluster of islands in the Salish Sea, between Western Washington and Vancouver Island, laced together by an extensive public transport system of drive-on ferry boats, connecting Anacortes to destinations like Friday Harbor. I've spent time on these islands since I was young, and they feel like a second home. They are one of my favorite places in the whole world, so I was eager to make this map.
Highlights include the four largest islands with public ferries: San Juan Island, Orcas Island, Lopez Island and Shaw Island. Smaller islands pepper the grouping too, like Stuart, Blakely, Waldron, Decatur and Center Islands. I've included ferry routes and identified bodies of water like the Haro Strait and Puget Sound. Other landmarks like Roche Harbor and the US/Canada border are also included.
Ideal gift for the sailor in your life, or anyone who has a love for these islands on the Pacific Coast!
This is an unframed archival print on high-quality matte paper. Watermark is not included on the physical print.
