I'd like a custom map - Do you take commissions?
I do not take personal commissions. I recommend these talented artist for custom illustrations.

Can I purchase a digital version of your art?
Sorry, I don't offer digital downloads. If you are a business interested in licensing my work for a specific purpose, email your inquiry to art@elizabethperson.com. All of my work is copyright protected and is not to be used without permission. Please respect my work and small business.
Do you offer framing?
I don't offer framing options for prints. Only my original work is typically pre-framed. (You can view some original work here, or contact me by email to make an appointment to view original work). Where's your store? Can I visit your studio?
I don't have a brick and mortar store. But, there's likely a store near you that carries my work. Check out the full list of retail shops that I partner with. Metsker Maps in downtown Seattle and Kingfisher Bookstore in Coupeville, Whidbey Island carry the widest array of my work.
My studio is located in North Everett. It's a busy working studio where I make art, pack and ship orders. I take visitors by appointment only. Email me at art@elizabethperson.com if you want to schedule a visit to look at specific items. The vast majority of my work is available right here in my shop or at the numerous in-person events I do throughout the year.
Can I exchange or return my print?
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. My policies on exchanges, returns and refunds are right here.
My order arrived damaged. Can I get a replacement?
Contact me as soon as possible at art@elizabethperson.com if your order arrives damaged! I may ask for photos of the damaged piece and packaging so I can file a claim with the post office.
When will my print arrive? Can I pay for it to be overnighted?
Check out the Shipping info page. All orders ship USPS First Class or Ground Advantage, based on weight/size. I don't offer expedited shipping options. This is a small studio. Orders are shipped out about twice a week. Speciality items, like original work or jumbo vinyls may take longer ship. Around the end of the year holidays I ship out orders most days.
Do you wholesale?
Yes, I have a large wholesale line of art prints, cards, stickers, bookmarks and more. Email wholesale@elizabethperson.com to receive a wholesale catalog. Wholesale accounts must have a resellers permit.
Will you donate to my organization's auction/event/cause?
I limit donations to educational causes and/or Everett, WA non-profit organizations, at my discretion. Email art@elizabethperson.com with specific details of your request for consideration.
Do you ever teach classes?
I do not teach watercolor classes. I recommend local artists like Jenna Brechbiel and art classes offered through organizations like Schack Art Center in Everett, WA.
