Shipping policy
Holiday Shipping Info
All orders ship USPS Ground (formerly called first class) with the exception of bulkier items like board mounted prints and jumbo vinyl which ship USPS Priority. I do not offer expedited shipping. Order by Dec 16 for delivery by Christmas - this is not a guarantee. Some items may require several days to prep/ship, particularly jumbo vinyls or poster size prints.
What to do if your order has shipped, but hasn’t arrived:
- Track your order on the USPS website using the tracking information I emailed you when your order shipped. Sign up for USPS text or email notifications to follow your order’s progress. Be patient! I don’t have access to any additional tracking info, so we’re both waiting on USPS.

What to do if your order hasn't arrived two weeks after shipping (USA orders only):
- File a claim here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm Both the recipient or the sender can file a claim. While it is important to me that you receive your item, I am a small business juggling hundreds of orders, and can’t always file a claim right away. Your best bet is to file a missing mail claim yourself. You’ll need my sender address which is: 1901 Wetmore Ave Ste A Everett, WA 98201
- Only contact me if your order has not arrived within two weeks of the ship date AND if USPS tracking information has not been updated for 6 business days. If USPS tracking info says “potential delay” then the item is still on its way, weaving through a very busy post office system. Do not email me if you see this message – there’s nothing I can do on my end!
My package says it’s delivered, but It’s not here:
- Double check all your doors and ask your next door neighbors. More times than not, it has been misdelivered to a neighbor who hasn’t gotten around to letting you know. Visit https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Where-is-my-package for more information.

International Shipping
USPS International shipping does not typically offer tracking information once your package has left the US, which can be frustrating. It often takes 2-3 weeks for international shipping, but can take even longer.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
Most items ship in 1-4 days. Specialty items like jumbo vinyls and large prints may take 1-2 weeks since I don't always keep them stocked. Thank you for your patience and purchasing from my small business.
I'm not able to accept cancellations after I've shipped an item or within 24 hours, whichever is sooner. Message me ASAP if you need to change the address, add shipping instructions, or ordered the wrong print.
Customs and import taxes / International shipping
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. USPS International shipping does not typically offer tracking information once your package has left the US, which can be frustrating. It typically takes 2-3 weeks for international shipping, but can take much longer.
Studio pickup
I offer studio pickup by appointment only. When you checkout a "local pickup" option is available IF I'm currently offering studio pickup. I will email you when your order is ready to arrange a time. If you have questions, email me at art @ elizabethperson.com
My studio is a workplace, not a retail store with regular hours. You must arrange a pickup or appointment time with me beforehand by email. The address is 1901 Wetmore Ave Suite A Everett, WA 98201. The entrance is on 19th street.
