I accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery

Message me before returning items at art@elizabethperson.com. Once I receive the item in good condition I will issue your refund.

If you wish to exchange your item, please message me at art@elizabethperson.com before returning your item and place an order for what you would like. I will refund your original order upon receiving the item in good condition. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to me. Email me to schedule an appointment to exchange in person if you are able to come to my studio in Everett, Washington (USA). 

I'm not able to accept cancellations after I've shipped an item or within 24 hours, whichever is sooner. Message me ASAP if you need to change the address, add shipping instructions, or ordered the wrong print.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
