Fidalgo Island Map Print
Fidalgo Island is located in the Salish Sea of NW Washington State, but you may not ever realize it's an island since you can drive right onto it! Anacortes is the largest city on the island, the gateway to the San Juan Islands, where ferries constantly shuttle cars and passengers. The Swinomish Channel separates Fidalgo from the mainland. The dramatic Deception Pass Bridge connects Whidbey and Fidalgo. Fidalgo Island is also home to the Swinomish Tribe, though reservation boundaries have sadly not been honored over time.
I've loved exploring this island and hope I've brought it to life for both residents and visitors. I researched the island geography through at least a dozen different channels, from USGS maps to locally created pamphlets.
Watercolor map is ideal for anyone who loves this special island in the Puget Sound, near the San Juan Islands, in Skagit County.
This is an unframed archival print on high-quality matte paper. Watermark is not included on the physical print.
