Lopez Island Map // Archival Print
The San Juan Islands are a tight cluster of islands between Western Washington and Vancouver Island, laced together by an extensive public transport system of drive-on ferry boats. I've spent a lot of time on the SJIs ever since I was young, and they feel like a second home.
Lopez is known for its flatter terrain (bike-friendly), laid-back island village and friendly inhabitants. I've heard it referred to as "Slopez" for it's calm pace, but I'm not sure if the locals consider that a compliment or not! I've used watercolor to capture the sunny tones of this island in the Puget Sound.
This is an unframed archival print on high-quality matte paper. Watermark is not included on the physical print.
