The Eastern Faces of the Washington Cascades
The Cascade Range from Eastern Washington! This view, looking WEST at the Cascades shows Adams to Baker and more. With Eastern Washington in the foreground, Central Washington comes into focus, with the Cascade Range featured in detail.
This piece identifies major cities like Yakima, Ellensburg, George, Wenatchee, Cashmere, Leavenworth, Entiat, Chelan, Manson, Twisp, Winthrop and more. Geographic features like the Columbia River, Rattlesnake Hills, Yakima Ridge, Saddle Mountains, Wenatchee Mountains, Entiat Mountains, Lake Chelan, Sawtooth Ridge, Grand Coulee, Methow River and North Cascades National Park are all highlighted, as well as important mountain passes.
To create this piece, I used through topographic maps, hiking blogs, aerial photos, Google Earth, USGS Maps and more to piece together this unique view. Great mountain art and peak identifier chart for the outdoor and nature lover!
This is an unframed archival print on high-quality matte paper, unless you choose the Board Mounted or Canvas option. Watermark is not included on the physical print.
Print Sizes:
15x5" - includes 0.25" border
All other sizes include about a 1" border
Board Mounted Option:
An archival print permanently mounted on a piece of 3/8" thick MDF wood and sealed with a UV-protected coating and painted black on the edges. Pre-drilled area for hanging on the back. No need to frame a print because the board mounted print is ready to hang! Manufactured in the USA.
Canvas Option: Available in US/Canada only
Artwork is printed on quality textured cotton-poly blend canvas, ready to hang. 1.5" depth for all sizes except 24x8" which is 0.75" depth. Please note: Canvas orders take about 1 week to create and will typically ship separately from any other items you may order. Shipping will take additional time, so plan for 10-21 days for your canvas to arrive after ordering.
Framing Note: 8x24" and 12x36" are standard size frames. Panoramic frames are available in the collage frame section (take out the pre-cut mat) in many frame & craft shops. To frame the 15x5" size, I recommend finding a standard size off-the-rack frame (like a 10x20") and mounting it on acid-free paper or having a custom mat cut, if necessary. Or, you can easily order a custom size frame online. Check out my resource, Framing 101 for more framing inspiration and resources.
